We review the report against the specification and order details agreed before supply, then discuss the appropriate next step with you.
Before approving a custom order.
Check the capacity, dimensions, colour, closure, print artwork and quantities carefully before approving production. Ask about a sample when fit, filling conditions or compatibility needs to be checked.
Changes or cancellation after approval depend on the production stage and costs already incurred. Any applicable arrangements should be confirmed in the order quotation. Contact us before returning goods so handling can be agreed.
